Adani Foundation Provides Suvidha Gau Seva Kendra With a State-of-the-Art Mobile Veterinary Clinic
In a major step towards giving voiceless animals access to prompt medical care, the Adani Foundation dedicated a cutting-edge mobile veterinary clinic to Suvidha Gau Seva Kendra. For the past seven or eight years, the centre, under the direction of Ratanbhai Gadhavi, has been dedicatedly to caring for animals that have been harmed in mishaps or left behind because of disease. With unrelenting dedication, Ratanbhai and his team of 15 to 20 people carry out this humanitarian effort.
Since the center’s founding, the Adani Foundation has been a resolute sponsor, first lending a van to take sick animals to the hospital. A special shed for treating animals was built in 2021. Today’s acquisition of this cutting-edge mobile veterinary clinic enhances the facility’s capacity to offer emergency care to animals in need.
Mandvi MLA Shri Aniruddhbhai Dave, Adani Port and Special Economic Zone Executive Director Shri Rakshitbhai Shah, Mundra Municipality President Smt. Rachanaben Joshi and every municipality member were present at the dedication event.
“The Adani Foundation has been actively involved in animal welfare and social initiatives for the past 20 years, and we are always eager to support such noble causes,” said Rakshitbhai Shah, ED at Adani Ports, in his speech. Comparing Ratanbhai’s service to the emergency 108 service, Shri Rakshitbhai Shah also praised it and promised the Adani Foundation will continue to support it. Shri Aniruddhbhai Dave thanked Ratanbhai and his colleagues for their altruistic service to voiceless species and supported environmental conservation initiatives, especially those involving river cleaning and tree planting.
All of the notable visitors participated in a tree planting drive on the Gaushala grounds as the celebration came to a close.
