The 10th Vibrant Gujarat Summit in Ahmedabad, Mr. Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visionary leadership, emphasizing the transformative impact of Vibrant Gujarat on India’s industrial growth.

Mr. Adani lauded India’s remarkable economic achievements over the past decade, citing a 185% growth in GDP and a striking 165% increase in per capita income since 2014. He also praised Prime Minister Modi’s influential role on the international stage, highlighting initiatives like the Solar Alliance and India’s leadership at the G20, which have elevated the country’s global standing.

Reflecting on the previous summit, Mr. Adani detailed the Adani Group’s commitment of over Rs. 55,000 crore by 2025, which has already been surpassed with investments exceeding Rs. 50,000 crore. Additionally, the company has significantly surpassed its target of creating 25,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Future Investments in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Practices
Mr. Adani announced ambitious plans for the future, committing to constructing the world’s largest green energy park in Khavda, Kutch. The park is set to generate 30 GW of renewable energy across 725 square kilometers, featuring solar panels, wind turbines, hydrogen electrolyzers, green ammonia, PVC, and expansions in copper and cement production. This initiative aligns to create an “Atmanirbhar” Bharat, contributing to a self-reliant India.
