Adani Solar & Mirchi highlight renewable power through real action
Newz Daddy Business Updates
In an unprecedented celebration of perseverance, creativity, and sustainable development, India’s top entertainment brand, Mirchi, has partnered with the Adani Group to enhance the release of their third movie, which is based on the stirring story of “Hum Karke Dikhate Hain.” A unique combination of radio, digital, and on-ground activations, along with an unprecedented digital takeover by 100 RJs from Mirchi stations across India and a Live solar-powered radio Studio in Ahmedabad powered by our very own Suraj Bhaiya, have propelled the campaign across major Indian cities.
At Gurudwara Crossroads in Thaltej, Mirchi established a live radio station that runs entirely on solar power, demonstrating how renewable energy can power not only entertainment but also hospitals, schools, and agriculture.
This one-of-a-kind project was part of a campaign to recognise Suraj Bhaiya’s role in changing lives and to draw attention to the value of clean energy. Since all of the equipment was run entirely on solar power, the broadcast was genuinely emission-free.
Mirchi’s well-known RJs, RJ Krutarth and RJ Urvi, hosted the live event. They kept the audience and spectators interested with lively discussions, interactive exercises, and solar energy-related trivia. The two highlighted Adani Solar’s groundbreaking efforts to make renewable energy impactful and affordable, while also bringing to life inspirational tales of Suraj Bhaiya’s community-benefitting work.
Adani Group’s steadfast ethos of “Hum Karke Dikhate Hain”—a dedication to bringing ambitious ideas to life—was also evident in this project. Adani and Mirchi demonstrated that creativity and tenacity can genuinely pave the path for a more environmentally friendly future by using just solar energy to power a whole live broadcast.
Adani’s recently released solar film, which emphasises the company’s steadfast dedication to sustainability and renewable energy, is at the centre of this campaign. Mirchi RJs came together in reiterating the spirit of action, “Hum Karke Dikhate Hain,” as the movie presents a positive vision of India’s solar future.
