Adani University welcomed a new class of students into its flagship integrated B.Tech + MBA/M. Tech programs will take place on Monday, July 21, 2025, with the launch of its academic induction program, Navdiksha 2025. The university’s dedication to preparing India’s youth for a new industrial era moulded by artificial intelligence (AI), sustainability, and nation-building was highlighted by the event, which featured motivational keynote presentations and a strategic vision.
Adani University’s culture of promoting profound scientific acumen, multidisciplinary learning, and leadership in real-world applications spanning technology, energy, and infrastructure is reflected in the integrated programs, which were created in compliance with the government’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The institution’s global perspective and roots in the country’s developmental mission were reinforced by the daylong inauguration, which brought together prominent management consultant and Harvard University alumnus Dr. Ram Charan and Adani Group Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) Mr. Sudipta Bhattacharya.
Prof. Sunil Jha, dean of Adani University’s Faculty of Sciences, began the ceremony by reiterating the growing significance of mathematics, physics, and chemistry in the age of “physical AI.”
Prof. Jha encouraged students to look beyond code and comprehend the workings of the real world, citing Beijing’s global advice from NBDS CEO Jansen Wong, who said, “As AI integrates with robotics and automation, grasping physical laws will define success.”
Dr. Ram Charan considered his six decades of international experience. “Find your God-given talent, follow it with commitment, and never stop learning,” was his straightforward yet deep advice. He counselled students to treat university as a place of joy and purpose discovery, to reflect every day, and to ask questions nonstop.
The provost of Adani University, Dr. Ravi P. Singh, greeted students from all around India in his speech and emphasised how the integrated programs, which include everything from computer science to energy engineering, equip them for impact in the real world. He stated, “You are at the right place, at the right time, whether your focus is infrastructure, sustainability, or artificial intelligence.” He urged students to see education as a means of fostering national development and to forge their paths in life rather than mindlessly following others.
Mr. Bhattacharya made a strong case for the future. He encouraged students to become fearless, inquisitive innovators by framing the AI revolution as the first industrial transformation to challenge human intellect. “Now, machines can think.” However, only humans are capable of purposeful creation, teamwork, and belief,” he stated. He also emphasised the Adani Group’s continuous $90 billion investment drive as a huge chance for aspiring infrastructure and technology professionals.
In his sincere vote of gratitude, Adani University Registrar Dr. Amishkumar Vyas highlighted the energy and promise this new group of students offers to the university.
