He is an Indian actor, film producer, television presenter, and entrepreneur. He acted in more than 100 films, predominantly in Telugu, along with a few Hindi and Tamil language films. He won nine state Nandi Awards, three Filmfare Awards South, and two National Film Awards namely, for Ninne Pelladata (1996), for which he won the Best Feature Film in Telugu and a Special Mention as an actor for Annamayya (1997). Nagarjuna acted as a child artist in a Telugu film. He made his debut as a child artist in the film Sudigundalu in the year 1968.
