Ashvin Borad Honoured for Digital Marketing Award at FIIFF
Digital marketing professional Ashvin Borad was honoured with the Best Digital Marketing, IMDb & Wikipedia Contribution Award at the prestigious Filmfare India International Film Festival (FIIFF), held at 30th April 2026 the Nehru Centre in Worli.
The recognition highlights his consistent efforts in strengthening digital visibility and contributing meaningfully to global platforms like IMDb and Wikipedia. The award was presented by Sohaib Farooqui, Senior Journalist and Chief Sub Editor at The Times of India (NBT), making the occasion even more significant.

Ashvin expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the festival and extended special thanks to organiser Vikrant More for recognising his work. He attributed his journey to dedication, consistency, and a strong passion for contributing to the film and media industry through digital platforms.
FIIFF continues to be recognised as a global platform celebrating the magic of cinema, bringing together filmmakers, artists, and cinema enthusiasts from around the world while promoting creativity, innovation, and impactful storytelling.
Alongside the festival, the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Puraskar of India (2025–26) was also held, with a special segment dedicated to honouring women achievers and their contributions to the industry.
The event was attended by notable personalities, including Iulia Vântur, Joe Rajan, Eraam Faridi, and Naunidh Singh, along with dignitaries from the Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association (IMPPA). All awards were presented by IMPPA Vice President Atul Patel.
Neena Goel, Delhi-based NGO Founder of Hamaraa Mission Dignity (HMD), has been a true source of inspiration behind this award. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to her for constantly encouraging me to stay dedicated to my work and to continue working with honesty, assuring me that I truly deserve this recognition. “One day, you truly deserve this award,” she said, words that stayed with me and motivated me throughout my journey. Today, on receiving this award, I sincerely remember and thank her for her inspiring words and unwavering support.
The event was supported by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and NITI Aayog, further enhancing its stature as a prestigious platform celebrating excellence in cinema and digital contribution.
