In an era where most interactions have shifted to digital platforms, Sundaram Finance reaffirmed its commitment to human connectedness by hosting Sundaram Circle, a one-of-its-kind customer meet at Baroda. The event, themed “Where Legacy Meets Loyalty — and Welcomes the Next Generation”, brought together long-standing commercial vehicle customers and their next generation for an evening of connection, reflection, and forward-looking conversations. Around 50 customers took part in the event.

The company’s leadership emphasised that while the world shifts toward virtual convenience, Sundaram Finance continues to value the power of in-person connections. “Relationships aren’t built over screens — they’re nurtured through handshakes, smiles, and shared time,” a senior leader shared. This simple but powerful belief echoes the guiding mantra of founder Shri T.S. Santhanam: “Contact. Contact. Contact.” Long before customer-centricity became a buzzword, his father, Sri Sundaram Iyengar, had already pioneered efforts in 1924 to strengthen ties with bus operators and transporters, setting the foundation for a culture of trust that continues today.

This heritage remains central to the company’s identity. Founded in 1954, Sundaram Finance has grown into one of India’s most respected non-banking financial companies. It enjoys the trust of thousands of customers, backed by strong financial ratings and an expansive branch network.
