MP Poonamben Maadam’s Preparations for PM Modi’s Grand Reception
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit the Jamnagar and Devbhoomi Dwarka districts on February 24 and February 25. During his visit, he will be staying overnight at the Jamnagar Circuit House on the 24th. Ahead of this significant event, preparations are underway to ensure a warm reception and a grand roadshow for the Honourable Prime Minister.
Jamnagar MP Poonamben Maadam has taken the lead in organizing the preparations for Prime Minister Modi’s visit. Together with senior office-bearers and the district administration, she aims to make the Prime Minister’s visit a memorable and celebratory event for the entire Dwarka region.
Reviewing Preparations Across Jamnagar and Dwarka
In anticipation of Prime Minister Modi’s visit, MP Poonamben Maadam conducted a comprehensive review of all the preparations from Pilot Bungalow to Air Force Road. This meticulous review involves coordination with the district administration and the police department to ensure smooth arrangements and adequate security measures.
Program Highlights: Prayers and Public Address
During his visit, Prime Minister Modi will offer prayers at the revered Dwarkadhish Temple and address the public at the sprawling grounds of NDH High School in Dwarka. In anticipation of these events, preparations are underway to adorn key locations such as government buildings, public roads, Dwarkadhish Temple, and the temples of Beyt Dwarka with festive decorations.
Inauguration of Okha-Beyt Dwarka Signature Bridge
A highlight of Prime Minister Modi’s visit will be the inauguration of the 2.5 km-long Okha-Beyt Dwarka Signature Bridge, constructed for Rs. 978 crores. This bridge holds immense significance for devotees visiting the Dwarkadhish Temple and the residents, providing them with improved connectivity and convenience.
Realization of a Dream Project
The construction of the Signature Bridge considered a dream project of Prime Minister Modi, commenced in 2017. Its completion holds personal significance for MP Poonamben Maadam, who sees it as a testament to the commitment to development in Gujarat, particularly in the Dwarka region.
