EDII Opens Doors for Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs with PGDM 2025–27 Admissions
Newz Daddy Educational Updates
The PGDM in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development and the PGDM in Entrepreneurship are now accepting applications at EDII.
September 9, 2025, Ahmedabad: Admissions are now open for the two-year, full-time PGDM programs offered by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII): PGDM in Entrepreneurship (PGDM–E) and PGDM in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (PGDM–IEV) for the 2025–2027 academic year.
Supported by AICTE clearance, PGDM-E and PGDM-IEV combine academic rigour with practical results to create a platform for future business leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs. Nearly 78% of EDII’s graduates pursue entrepreneurial employment, demonstrating the school’s emphasis on entrepreneurial outcomes. Of them, 23% have started their businesses, 54% have joined or expanded their family firms, and 1% have started social enterprises.
The PGDM in Entrepreneurship’s milestone-based learning method allows students to customise their entrepreneurial roadmap with real-world experience and advice from prominent professionals, investors, experts, and entrepreneurs. Students who wish to start new firms, grow family businesses, or create significant social enterprises would especially benefit from it. With specialisations in Social Entrepreneurship, Family Business Management, and New Enterprise Creation, EDII gives students the freedom to direct their entrepreneurial paths.
A program designed specifically for tech innovators, PGDM-IEV aims to turn concepts into scalable businesses. Through programs like Student Startup and Innovation Policy (SSIP), Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), MSME Innovative Scheme, and Ambedkar Social Innovation and Incubation Mission (ASIIM), EDII’s in-house Technology Business Incubator – Centre for Advancing and Launching Enterprises (CrAdLE) offers students an immersive learning environment in addition to industry exposure and structured support to improve investor readiness.
Our PGDM programs at EDII are grounded in experiential learning and take into account how India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem is changing over time. By providing them with the necessary resources, knowledge, and guidance to turn ideas into successful, scalable businesses, we hope to develop the aptitude and abilities of future job creators. Dr. Sunil Shukla, Director General of EDII, stated, “EDII is where your journey begins, whether you are looking to build a start-up or drive a family business to newer heights.”
