Europe Study Triumph-Free Event Unleashes Potential
Power Up Your Future: Europe Study Seminar Delivers Life-Changing Wins
The free educational seminar held at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) offered valuable guidance for students seeking affordable education in Europe. As demand grows among Indian students for global study opportunities, such events play a key role in bridging gaps between students and international institutions.
Representatives from Europe provided direct answers regarding admission, courses, and campus life. Recent trends show Europe welcoming a rising number of Indian students each year, largely due to affordable public universities, abundant scholarships, and the availability of courses delivered in English. Many European countries, such as Germany, France, and the Czech Republic, stand out due to low fees and strong academic reputations, making them a practical choice for Indian families who wish to avoid the financial strain of higher fees in countries like the US or the UK.
During the session, the specific advantages of studying in the Czech Republic were highlighted. Students can consider applying even without an IELTS score. Some Czech universities accept proof of previous English-medium education or conduct their own language assessment, which greatly benefits students who may not want to take international English exams. Additionally, tuition fees remain accessible, generally capped between ₹2 to ₹4 lakh per year, and the living costs in cities like Prague are much lower than in other Western European centres. This combination of factors allows students with limited budgets to still access high-quality, internationally recognised degrees.
Many students and parents are now considering Europe study because it offers easier entry for those with academic gaps or breaks in study. Unlike highly selective systems in other countries, European institutions, especially in the Czech Republic, offer flexible admission criteria. Students even have the opportunity to work part-time up to 40 hours per week, which not only helps with living expenses but also provides real-world work experience abroad. These regulations make Europe study, and especially the Czech Republic, an attractive option for students looking to build a professional network while studying.
A major draw is the long-term pathway Europe study provides. After graduation, students can usually stay on for post-study work permits, ranging from one to four years. Those meeting the relevant criteria can then apply for Permanent Residency (PR). This immigration-friendly policy offers a strong path to a stable future in Europe, something families are keen to know from official representatives during seminars like this one. The Czech Republic, being centrally located in Europe, also provides access to the broader Schengen area, making travel, further study, and work across European countries easier for graduates.
The programme featured specific guidance from Mr Bhavik Siddhpura, the owner of First Step Overseas, known as “The Visa Man,” who explained the local context. For the past nine years, Ahmedabad has seen a consistent growth in students heading to Europe, with support networks from alumni making the process smoother for newcomers. Successful past applicants now living or working in Europe study provide references and first-hand insights for families considering the same journey. Seminars like this not only clarify the official process but also share real-life stories and advice, fostering a sense of trust and possibility within the community.
Senior academic leaders such as Krejci Milos, Head of School, School of Business, Prague, attended the event to highlight that Indian students are valued for their hard work and practical mindset. European universities now offer courses in high-demand fields such as IT, Engineering, Business, Hospitality and Healthcare, all of which have good post-study job opportunities. These programmes are designed with industry partnerships, ensuring that what students learn is directly relevant to current job markets, both in Europe and globally.
A notable segment of the seminar featured Krish Mishra, an Admission Representative, who spoke on the growing preference among Gujaratis for applied courses with strong career outcomes. He also stressed the possibility of scholarships for high-achieving students, and mentioned that exchange programmes can provide further experiences in countries such as the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada. Parents and students could ask questions and connect with current students living abroad, providing clarity on daily life, cultural adjustment, and accommodation options, all of which are important for a smooth transition.
About 12 students and several working professionals attended, showing an increasing interest in affordable international education from Ahmedabad. The opportunity to meet experts from both Indian and European sides is an essential way to get trustworthy, first-hand advice. With benefits like reasonable tuition, English-language options, flexible visa policies, and promising career prospects, Europe and the Czech Republic in particular remain a top destination for Indian students seeking affordable, high-quality international education.
