Leading producers Bhushan Kumar and Anurag Basu are collaborating on the Metro…In Dino anthology, which will feature Sara Ali Khan and Aditya Roy Kapur.
The concept was formally unveiled by the creators on Wednesday. Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaik are among the ensemble cast members.
Why is this story important?
The new anthology, according to its creators, will have stories that are both sad and happy about current human connections. Audiences will be treated to a distinctive plot with this production. Additionally, because Roy Kapoor and Khan are a fresh team, viewers will get a different viewing experience.
The anthology is also in the news since it includes some well-known Bollywood performers.
The Kumar-led T-Series posted a few pictures from the film’s sets on Twitter.
They included Kumar, Pritam, Basu, Khan, Roy Kapur, and the music director Pritam.
The creators wrote that after sharing the photographs, “a dream group. With this incredible crew, we bring you #MetroInDino. This spectacular movie will be directed by Anurag Basu, with music by Pritam Da!”

When discussing the project, Kumar stated: “Anurag dada has always been a pleasure to work with! No one could steer this ship better than dada when it came to weaving a tale out of parallel lives in a modern-day picture.”
“We are thrilled to work with him once more for Metro…In Dino… We are definitely watching for this one,” he continued.
