India to Host the International AAINBALL Conference 2025 at Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat
Uniting the World through Sport, Peace, and Sustainable Development. The AAINBALL Federation of India is proud to announce that the International AAINBALL Conference 2025 will be held at Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat, India. This landmark event will bring together global leaders, athletes, policymakers, and visionaries to deliberate on sports development, governance, mental health, and cultural exchange — all deeply rooted in the ideals of Olympism and social harmony.

RRU is set to host eight events of the upcoming World Police & Fire Games (WPFG) 2029 on campus, showing its capacity to handle global-level sports events. Gujarat’s sports infrastructure is rapidly becoming world-class with large investments in stadiums, indoor arenas and sports education, which supports its claim as a “global hub of athletic excellence”. “AAINBALL: Uniting the World for Sustainable Development” Inspiring positive change, fostering inclusivity, and building a better future, everywhere, every day. Aainball’s mission includes promoting active physical movement, mental health and coordination for all age groups, making the sport inclusive
The “sustainable development” concept linked to sport focuses not only on competition but also on health, community building and social harmony through sport.
The International AAINBALL Conference 2025 will serve as a significant milestone in advancing the Olympism 365 movement and promoting cultural exchanges through AAINBALL. It reaffirms our shared commitment to harnessing the power of sport for holistic and sustainable development, nurturing peace, and strengthening global solidarity.
The term Olympism 365 suggests sports values (excellence, respect, friendship) applied every day, not just during major games. This conference aligns with that idea by focusing on sport + culture + peace.
Conferences that bring athletes, policymakers and visionaries together help build global networks, governance structures, and shared standards in emerging sports like Aainball.
Conference Highlights:
The three-day event will feature knowledge sessions, sports and cultural programs, and strategic discussions on:
• Gujarat as a Vibrant Sports Hub
• Talent Identification through AAINBALL – Child to Champion
• AAINBALL as a Tool for Peace and International Camaraderie
• The Role of AAINBALL for Masters
Talent-identification models (child to champion) are key in many sports; for new sports, this ensures growth from grassroots. Aainball emphasises age-inclusive participation. Master’s sports refers to older athletes (often 35+, 40+) continuing sport. Including “The Role of AAINBALL for Masters” shows inclusivity across age.
Sport plus culture programmes enhance friendship across nations; using sport as a tool for peace and camaraderie is a recognised global idea.
In a landmark development, it will also be officially announced that the International AAINBALL Headquarters will be relocated to India, marking a historic moment in the global evolution of the sport. The relocation of a sport’s international headquarters to a country often signals that country’s central role in that sport’s future development and governance. For India, hosting the headquarters and a major conference helps raise its international sports profile, promotes local sport industry growth and can help youth participate globally.
