Hi Life Exhibition Returns to Ahmedabad for Festive and Wedding Shopping
The two-day fashion exhibition opens on 31 October at The Grand Bhagwati, with designer clothing, bridal wear, jewellery and accessories.
Shoppers looking for festive outfits and wedding clothes will have another option this weekend as Hi Life Exhibition opens at The Grand Bhagwati in Ahmedabad on Saturday, 31 October. The two-day event will run until Sunday, 1 November, with fashion designers, clothing collections, jewellery and accessories on display.
The exhibition comes at a busy time for clothing retailers and shoppers in Gujarat. With Diwali celebrations under way and the wedding season approaching, many families are looking for outfits for festivals, weddings and other social gatherings. The event will give visitors a chance to browse and buy clothing from different designers at one venue.
The exhibition will feature festive wear, bridal outfits, designer apparel, jewellery and fashion accessories. Visitors can expect collections suited to Diwali celebrations, family functions and wedding events. The organisers have also invited some of Ahmedabad’s leading fashionistas to attend the opening ceremony as Guests of Honour.

Fashion exhibitions have become a regular part of Ahmedabad’s shopping calendar. Events held at hotels, banquet halls and exhibition venues bring together designers and sellers who offer clothing, jewellery and other products directly to shoppers.
The city has hosted several such exhibitions during the year. Hi Life itself held an Ahmedabad edition at The Grand Bhagwati on 16 and 17 July 2026. That event featured more than 150 designers, according to reports published at the time.
Other organisers have also scheduled fashion and lifestyle exhibitions in Ahmedabad around the festive season. These include JALSA and Rimjhim, which have held or planned events featuring festive clothing, jewellery and wedding collections.
The number of such events reflects the demand for seasonal shopping in the city. Ahmedabad has a strong market for traditional clothing, especially during Navratri, Diwali and the wedding season. Buyers often look for garments that can be worn at several events, while brides and their families may spend months planning wedding outfits.
The wedding season also brings demand for jewellery, footwear, accessories and clothing for family members. Designer exhibitions allow shoppers to compare different styles and prices in one place, though the final cost depends on the products they choose.
For designers and sellers, these exhibitions offer a chance to meet customers directly and display their collections. They also provide an alternative to shopping at regular retail stores. The Hi Life Exhibition will be held at The Grand Bhagwati, a hotel on the S G Highway in Ahmedabad. The venue has hosted fashion and lifestyle events in the past, including earlier editions of Hi Life.
The exhibition will remain open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on both days. Entry is free for visitors who download an e-pass before attending.
