Humsafar Song Brings Ahaan & Aneet’s Love Story to Life
Newz Daddy Entertainment Updates
To see how two people may be motivated by one another and create music, Ahaan and Aneet spent time with Sachet and Parampara. Why Humsafar from Saiyaara is so unique is revealed by Mohit Suri.
Saiyaara by Yash Raj Films and Mohit Suri is the year’s best romantic album. Humsafar, the album’s fourth track, will showcase a new chapter in the film’s protagonists Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda’s lovely romance.

All three of the movie’s songs—the title tune Saiyaara, Barbaad by Jubin Nautiyal, and Tum Ho Toh by Vishal Mishra have so far gotten overwhelmingly positive reviews and are topping the charts. The highly awaited romantic ballad from the album by the popular musical duet Sachet–Parampara has officially been published by the producers. Expectations are high because Humsafar marks the first-ever musical collaboration between Mohit Suri and the musical duo.
Because Sachet-Parampara became a source of reference for his lead duo Ahaan and Aneet, Mohit adds that Humsafar holds a particular place in his heart.
He claims, “Ahaan and Aneet used Sachet & Parampara as a model to observe how two people can be inspired by one another and create music! Thus, Ahaan and Aneet spent a great deal of time watching Sachet & Parampara in action.
“The two actors learnt and realised how creative minds collaborate, disagree, build on ideas, and create beautiful music together,” Mohit continues. Thus, a lot of what you see of Ahaan and Aneet in the movie is based on what they have witnessed of Sachet and Parampara.
According to the master filmmaker, Humsafar adds a new level of romance to Saiyaara. According to him, “Humsafar is a very special song of our album because it talks about a very different season of love in which they realise that when you find the right companion, life becomes worth living.” The theme of Humsafar is the incredibly satisfying sensation that comes from spending time with the one you love, where problems disappear and you feel whole.
“Sachet & Parampara are two of the best musicians in our country right now, and their voices and music add a whole new dimension of romance to our music album of Saiyaara,” Mohit continues. I’m eager to share this music with everyone, and I’m confident they’ll adore it.
For the first time, YRF and Mohit—both renowned for crafting classic love tales—come together in Saiyaara. Unanimous praise has been given to the teaser, which was released before the song rollout, for telling a passionate love narrative with debutants who have a contagious chemistry and exceptional acting abilities.
In addition to the songs, the movie’s title, Saiyaara, has caught viewers’ attention. In poetry, it’s frequently used to express anything (or someone) that is bright, ethereal, or otherworldly. It means a wandering celestial body, like a wandering light that is always shining, always leading, but always out of reach.
Ahaan Panday is introduced as a YRF hero in the movie. As the new YRF heroine, the studio has hand-picked Aneet Padda, who won hearts with her outstanding performance in the highly acclaimed series Big Girls Don’t Cry. Akshaye Widhani, the CEO of the company, is producing Saiyaara, which is scheduled to open in theatres across the globe on July 18, 2025.
In almost 50 years of existence, YRF is renowned for providing India with some of the most iconic love films ever made, most of which were helmed by Yash and Aditya Chopra. Aashiqui 2, Malang, Ek Villain, and other beloved romance films have been directed by Mohit Suri, who is currently in his 20th year of filmmaking.
