Representatives from key organizations, including the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority (GSDMA), and the Meteorological Department, participated alongside senior officials from the Indian Armed Forces.

The exercise simulated a coordinated response to a cyclone threatening the Okha-Porbandar region. It aimed to bridge gaps in communication and integration among various agencies to ensure a swift and effective disaster response.

Porbandar Demonstration: A Unified Response

The second day featured a Multi-Agency Capability Demonstration at Chowpatty Beach in Porbandar. Various agencies, including the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), showcased their disaster management capabilities.
