Arjun Tendulkar Bowls Searing Yorkers Ahead of MI against DC Clash in IPL 2022
As DC takes against Mumbai, it would be interesting to watch if Arjun Tendulkar, the son of great cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, finally gets a game after sitting on the bench for the past two seasons.
The purchase of Arjun Tendulkar by the Mumbai Indians in the IPL auctions of 2021 caused quite a stir. He was then freed, only to be purchased for INR 30 lakh a year later. With Mumbai Indians effectively out of the competition and languishing at the bottom of the points table, there are mounting cries for Arjun Tendulkar to be given a chance against Delhi Capitals.
With Mumbai preparing to face Delhi on Saturday, the issue is whether he’ll get a chance. A loss for DC might help RCB qualify. Several RCB cricketers have expressed support for Mumbai, including Faf du Plessis and Virat Kohli. Kohli will support Tendulkar’s kid if Arjun plays. That would be quite a spectacle.
