JS Hospital Enters a New Era of Care with Modern Infrastructure
Newzdaddy Health And Fitness Updates
On Sunday, the freshly renovated and updated facilities of JS Hospital, which is operated by the Thakershy Charitable Trust, were unveiled, marking an important milestone. During the event’s OPEN HOUSE, attendees saw how the 100-bed multispecialty hospital, which has been providing free or incredibly affordable care to thousands of patients since its founding in 1983, has changed.
With an investment of more than Rs. 70 crore, the hospital, which began as a diagnostic centre on a 2,400 square yard land, has undergone a thorough structural refurbishment. Modern infrastructure, cutting-edge equipment, and increased medical services across several areas are now housed at the renovated facility. They still offer reasonably priced medical treatments.
Through two modular HEPA-filtered operating rooms and three standard operating rooms, critical care units with ventilator support, isolation wards, dialysis centres, pathology services, physiotherapy, diagnostic imaging, and a dedicated cancer hospice centre, the hospital provides advanced surgical care.
A renewed dedication to the principle that “service to mankind is service to God” is reflected in the new chapter of J S Hospital’s history.
Speaking at the event, J S Hospital Managing Trustee Shri Navnit Thakershy stated, “We have always aimed to close the gap between public and private healthcare by providing high-quality, reasonably priced care. We are certain that Ahmedabad residents will continue to gain from our services, and these new facilities are a reflection of our goal to better serve the community.
“We are extremely appreciative of our patrons, donors, physicians, nurses, and paramedical staff who have supported us through every hardship, whether it be the pandemic, floods, or earthquakes,” stated Anar Thakershy, CFO of J S Hospital. We are prepared to welcome the changing requirements of patients and the changing dynamics of healthcare as we start this new chapter. Our goal of offering compassionate, reasonably priced care has not altered. Every gift we get directly improves patient care, therefore, we encourage well-wishers to keep supporting our cause.
