Pakistan Cricket Struggles as Bangladesh Claims Historic T20I Series Win
Bangladesh destroys Pakistan, and Pakistan Cricket Struggle continues. Salman Ali Agha’s team knocked out for 125 in a chase of 134. “Do you enjoy being stupid?” In the second Twenty20 International versus Bangladesh in Dhaka, Pakistan suffered an eight-run defeat.
In the second Twenty20 International of the three-match series, the Salman Ali Agha-led team faltered to an eight-run defeat, giving hosts Bangladesh an insurmountable 2-0 lead. Pakistan’s problems are far from over. The visitors were swept out for 125 in 19.2 overs and were unable to chase down 134. Similar to the first Twenty20 International, there was complete capitulation at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka as no Pakistani batsman put up any opposition.
Bangladesh defeated Pakistan in their first-ever T20I series as a result of this triumph.
Saim Ayub lost his wicket with a reckless run-out, setting up Pakistan’s chase of 134 on the worst possible start. With only 15 runs scored during the powerplay, Pakistan lost their first five wickets.
As Shoriful Islam and Tanim Hasan Sakib played havoc with the ball in hand, Saim Ayub (1), Mohammad Haris (0), Fakhar Zaman (8), Hasan Nawaz (0), and Mohammad Nawaz (0) all lost their wickets inside the powerplay.
Salman Ali Agha, the captain, too, struggled to get going, managing just nine runs off of 23 balls. Mahedi Hasan concluded his innings. Then, Faheem Ashraf and Khushdil Shah put on 17 runs for the seventh wicket in an attempt to get the chase moving.
But in the 12th over, Khushdil Shah was removed with a wicket of 13. Faheem Ashraf truly was Pakistan’s lone warrior, giving it his all to help his country win the match. He hit four fours and as many sixes in his 51-run knock off 32 balls. Ultimately, though, Pakistan was knocked out for 125, falling eight runs short.

Here are some of the reactions:
Social media fans aren’t holding back. Pakistan is receiving a lot of criticism for dropping yet another series. Additionally, after failing to find 134, they are demanding an epic surrender.
Bangladesh quickly chased down the mark of 111, and Pakistan lost the first match of the series by seven wickets. Mike Hesson, the white-ball coach for Pakistan, blamed the surface for the defeat in the inaugural Twenty20 International, claiming it met “international standards.”
Mohammad Rizwan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Babar Azam have been removed from Pakistan’s T20 lineup. But this defeat to Bangladesh will make the team even more scrutinised.
On Thursday, July 24, Pakistan and Bangladesh will play their third and final Twenty20 International.
