Synopsis:
A couple wants to get married but their parents are opposing it, so as usual the couple runs away and gets marriage and starts their life happily. But as usual, in a simple married life, there comes a misunderstanding in between them due to the suspicious nature of the girl.
They go to a lawyer to get divorce but then comes a twist in the story and the famous divorce lawyer now wants these couple to stay together and then starts all the comedy and tragedy in the life of this couple.
I will not reveal the whole story as it will be a spoiler.
The movie is full of Romance, and love, without any adult scenes. The movie has a good amount of comedy and is full of emotions. The movie “Ulta Pulta” is a simple family drama and has a bit of action also in the end. The “Ulta Pulta” movie is family oriented and is a must watched movie in cinemas releasing on May 26, 2023.
Review
The film “Ulta Pulta” is a lovely comedy family drama full of twists and turns. It is a complete family-oriented movie.
The romance between Hitu Kanodiya and Prenal Oberai is excellent. The non-Gujarati Actress is excellent is no vulgarity at all in the movie. The dialogues are very common and are written as if we are peaking in day-to-day life.
The first half is a bit slow and a bit boring as it is a usual story of a married couple. The actual movie starts in the second half where everything goes “Ulta Pulta”.
There is only one song in the movie and it is good.
Acting:
The acting of Hitu Kanodiya is as usual excellent. You will love o watch him as he has played a very different type of role in the second half of the movie. I bet that you have not seen Hitu Kanodiya is a similar role before. He has done excellent work, especially in the second half of the movie.
Prenal Oberai is awesome and played her part very well. She looks stunning and strong after the second half of the movie. Though she is a non-Gujarati actress, her dialogue delivery and Gujarati accent are very good. Highly appreciable work done by Prenal Oberai.
The comic timing of Shekar Shulka is wonderful as we have all known him for a long. He is playing a lawyer role in this movie and is bringing the major twists in the movie.
Gujju Love Guru, a social media influencer has played the role of cousin of Hitu Kanodiya and he is good in this movie. You will love to watch him.
Direction: The movie has been directed by Viral Patel. The direction is fine. He has taken good work from all the actors.
Positive Points of the movie:
- The acting of all the actors including Gujju Love Guru is awesome.
- The background music is awesome.
- There is only one song which is good as it does not deviate from the story.
- The movie sends a wonderful message to the couple, which you will understand once you watch the movie.
Negative points of the movie:
- The first half is boring. It has been extended too far.
- The story is common till the first half.
- There could be more comedy punches as expected from Shekar Shukla.
Final Words from Newzdaddy:
This is a wonderful romantic comedy movie, definitely a one-time watch in the theatre with family. The movie is fully family oriented without any violence, brutal scenes or abusive language or adult scenes.
