Nearly 25 students from a variety of academic streams passed the most recent University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) test, marking a noteworthy accomplishment for Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU). This noteworthy achievement demonstrates RRU’s dedication to academic quality and its crucial role in producing a workforce with the necessary skills, especially in fields that are vital to national security.
Three of the 25 selected candidates have a direct connection to national security, underscoring the university’s strategic emphasis on this crucial area. Among them are three active officers: a Senior Consultant for UNICEF and two Assistant Commandants in the National Disaster Response Force. This accomplishment not only shows how committed they are, but it also shows how accommodating RRU is to professionals looking to advance their careers. Seven male and eighteen female students from the Gandhinagar and Lucknow campuses, representing the fields of law, forensic science, psychology, disaster management, criminology, and international relations, make up the cohort of successful applicants. Their eligibility to teach at any university in the country is a major professional milestone and adds to the academic environment in general. Together, these accomplishments demonstrate Rashtriya Raksha University’s commitment to developing a strong faculty, particularly those with expertise and experience in national security.
Eighteen female students from RRU’s Gandhinagar campus are now qualified for teaching posts after passing the UGC NET exam, which is a noteworthy indication of the university’s commitment to gender equality. The Vice Chancellor’s strong vision for women’s empowerment within the university is immediately reflected in the impressive male-to-female ratio among the qualifying candidates.
Prof. (Dr.) Bimal N. Patel has expressed his gratitude and satisfaction for the students’ remarkable accomplishments in qualifying for the UGC NET Examination and joining the cadre of educators for National Security in light of this historic achievement of the RRU students. In addition to improving the students’ career paths, this achievement makes a substantial contribution to the pool of skilled researchers and educators in fields essential to the growth and security of the country.
