The teaser for Akshay Kumar’s forthcoming action-adventure movie “Ram Setu” has finally been released. The movie is expected to premiere on theatre screens on October 25 during Diwali.
It’s Akshay’s fifth movie of 2022, “Ram Setu.” He portrays an archaeologist on a quest to find and preserve the Ram Setu.
However, there are only a few storyline hints in the teaser, and Akshay only offered us one when he said that he and his team have three days to preserve the Setu.
The less than one-minute teaser also features Nushratt Bharuccha, Satyadev Kancharana, and Jacqueline Fernandez. To complete the mission, all of the actors are seen racing against time. With its picturesque settings, underwater scenes, and Akshay’s new bespectacled appearance, the clip succeeds in capturing viewers’ attention.
The teaser also depicts Akki donning unique gear and scuba diving to view the Setu.
Ram Setu, an action-adventure movie, was filmed close to Ooty, Daman and Diu, and Mumbai. Abhishek Sharma is the director of the film. Around Diwali in 2020, Akki had previously posted the first poster for Ram Setu.
The Ramayana claims that Ram Setu is a bridge that Lord Ram’s soldiers (Vanar Sena) constructed in order to cross over to Lanka and rescue his bride Sita.
In the meantime, Akshay Kumar will also be featured in the lead roles of “Selfie,” which also stars Emraan Hashmi, Diana Penty, and Nushratt Bharucha.
