Ahmedabad, October 19: The trailer launch event of the film Medal was held on Wednesday noon at Wide Angle Cinema, Ahmedabad. All Gujarati film fraternity and who’s who of the town were present at the event. The trailer shows Jayesh More training village children to participate in “Khel Maha Kumbh” to win the “Medal.”
The film stars National Award-winning Actor Jayesh More, Kinjal Rajpriya, Chetan Daiya, Maulik Nayak, Hemang Dave and Archan Trivedi.
The story of the film Medal is based on the struggle of young athletes to triumph in an unusual tournament and a teacher’s perseverance to achieve a medal is the film’s central premise. Everyone involved in making this movie has worked hard to amuse today’s generation while instilling morals and virtues in them. The medal is a collection of feelings: the passion of a teacher, the innocence of children, the devotion of a lover, a poem of friendship and the glimmer of a new India.
Directed by Dhaval Jitesh Shukal and produced by Dhruvin Dakshesh Shah under the banner of Navkar Productions, The film is slated to be released in cinemas on November 25th 2022.
