Adani Digital Labs (ADL), the technology arm of Adani Airport Holdings Limited, has announced a series of transformative initiatives aimed at redefining the travel and airport experience for passengers across Adani-managed airports in India. Adani Digital Labs was started in September 2021 as a part of Adani Enterprises to build a digital platform for consumers of Adani Group’s services, including airports and travel.

By bringing all airport services onto a single digital platform, Adani OneApp transforms the journey from transactional to experiential, enhancing personalisation, convenience, and efficiency for every traveller.
Adani OneApp is a “super app” that combines flight bookings, hotels, trains, cab booking, bill payments, duty-free shopping, meet-and-greet services (Pranaam), and more in one place.
Serving as a digital companion, the app will empower passengers to plan, navigate, and enjoy their airport experience with features including:
Adani Rewards – a groundbreaking loyalty initiative designed exclusively for airport travellers.
The Adani Rewards programme gives users points (₹1 = 1 point) for spending, and these points can be fully redeemed. Users may get treats on every ₹299 spent or milestone rewards
Seamless lounge experience – a cutting-edge digital platform now streamlines lounge access at Adani Airports.
ADL has launched LoungeOne, a platform to let users book lounges directly, validate cards in real time, and avoid old booking methods. This gives better control and convenience.
Also, ADL’s partnership with Dragonpass opens up access to lounges across India while personalising service for leisure or business travellers.
Browsing and shopping from an extensive catalogue of F&B, duty-free, and retail stores
Through the app, passengers can browse duty-free items days in advance, pre-order, and pick up with a QR code at the airport.
Convenient airport services such as Delivery at Gate, Multi-cart Orders, group orders for Duty-Free, and Park & Fly for seamless parking
Adani One includes services like group duty-free orders, cab booking with zero cancellations, parking booking, Pranaam meet-and-greet, porter requests, and delivery right to the gate.
Live flight status tracking and instant notifications
Users can track flights, gates, and baggage in real time. The app gives updates so travellers don’t have to search separately.
Easy access to high-speed airport Wi-Fi and essential travel information
Adani Airports also offers facial recognition via Digi Yatra for smoother boarding and uses 5G, AI-based help systems (Desk of Goodness), self-check-in kiosks, and smart traffic/parking tools.
