Rafael Nadal Supports Broken “Carlos Alcaraz” as “Jannik Sinner” Takes Revenge Of The French Open

The tennis fans have a new Wimbledon champion in the face of Jannik Sinner from Italy, who won his first Wimbledon Grand Slam Title yesterday, beating Carlos Alcaraz of Spain.

With their combined seven major victories, Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz have solidified their place as the Big Three’s successors.

In the grass-court Grand Slam final on Sunday, Jannik Sinner exacted retribution by defeating two-time defending Wimbledon winner Carlos Alcaraz 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4. With the victory, Sinner also overcame his crushing loss against Alcaraz in this year’s French Open final. The Italian is currently one win away from Alcaraz’s total, having won his fourth Grand Slam championship in his career.

Sinner ended Alcaraz’s winning streak, which had included five victories in a row. Rafael Nadal has joined the chorus of tennis fans and past players congratulating Sinner since his victory.

Additionally, he comforted Alcaraz, a fellow countryman, saying, “I know it won’t be an easy day, but Congratulations on your fantastic season and on reaching another Grand Slam final, @carlosalcaraz!

Additionally, this marks Sinner’s first major championship since he returned to competition in May following a three-month doping ban. “In the end, it doesn’t really matter how you win or lose the important tournaments,” Sinner remarked following his victory. All you need to do is realise what went wrong. We tried to work on that, and we succeeded. The outcome is in front of you. We made an effort to accept the defeat and then just continued to work on it and try to get better. And that’s definitely the reason I’m holding this award here.

“Today was important not just because it was a Grand Slam final, not just because it was Wimbledon, and not just because Carlos had won the last five matches against him,” said Darren Cahill, one of Sinner’s two coaches.

He needed today’s victory. He therefore understood how crucial it was to end this one as soon as possible.

With their combined seven major victories, Sinner and Alcaraz have solidified their place as the Big Three’s successors, of which Novak Djokovic is the only active member still alive.
