The film Karthikeya 2 is a supernatural thriller written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti. In addition to Anupam Kher, Srinivasa Reddy, Viva Harsha, Adithya Menon, Praveen, Satya, Tulasi, and many others, the movie stars Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran are in lead roles. Kaala Bhairava has given the music for this film. The movie is made by TG Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Agarwal under the brands of Abhishek Agarwal Arts and People Media Factory.
Story Line
A young guy named Dr. Karthikeya Kumaraswamy conducts new-thing research. A medical professional who accepts myths and legends until facts are readily apparent to him. He once visits his mother and mamma in the legendary ancient city of Dwarka. He becomes involved in the murder investigation of an archaeological researcher while in Dwarka.
Why did Kartikeya, a devout atheist, travel to Dwarka? What circumstances existed for Kartikeya in Dwarka? How did he end up involved in the murder investigation in Dwarka? Why did the Dwarka-based Abhira tribe pursue Kartikeya? How did Mugdha (Anupama Parameswaran) and the other characters in Dwarka get along? Why does Dr. Shantanu (Aditya Menon) pick on Karthikeya, who always looking for hidden treasure? What role does Dhanwantari (Anupam Kher) play in this narrative? The solution to these queries is Karthikeya 2.
Review: Once again Abhishek Agarwal Arts provided the audience with an excellent movie, Karthikeya 2.
The movie is excellent, especially the music and the background music is awesome. Initially, you feel that what is going on in the movie, why a medical doctor doing all these things, catching snakes, and all, but later on all these foolish things connects with each other and make a good combination.
Karthikeya 1 was successful and the second part which is also dubbed in multiple languages is excellent. The movie has all action, mystery, thrill, and drama. The only missing part is romance. There is nothing in the movie in terms of romance. So if you are a liker of the romantic movie then this movie may make you unhappy.
The visual effects are very nice and do not seem artificial.
The story and direction of “Karthikeya 2”
Chandoo Moneti has written the story of Karthikeya 2 and it seems engaging. The story goes well with the events and incidents and keeps you glued to the seat.
When the director of the movie is himself a writer then he knows what his thoughts are and it makes the direction easy and that shows in the movie. Excellent direction and Cinematography.
Some ultra slow-motion action scene looks beautiful and grippy.
Acting:
Nikhil Shidharta is a young actor and has done many films in Telugu. He is a good actor and his presence on the screen is excellent.
All the other actors, Anupama and Tulasi look great and played their parts very well.
Final Words: A good mystery thriller movie with some mythology. The movie has already done a very good box office collection and defeating Bollywood movies. A must-watch movie to know about our history. The movie is dubbed in Hindi.
