James Anderson, England’s fast bowler, has set another Test cricket record. Anderson has returned to the England Test lineup with a bang. In Nottingham, New Zealand and England are playing their second test match. Anderson made Test cricket history when he bowled Tom Latham in the second innings.

With advancing age, James Anderson is seen on the pitch defeating youthful competitors. By taking 650 wickets in Test cricket, he has made history. He accomplished this accomplishment during the second test match in Nottingham. He has become the first fast bowler in Test cricket history to take 650 wickets. In the 171st match of his career, he accomplished this feat.

James Anderson was the first fast bowler to achieve this feat.

James Anderson, England’s best bowler, has made a significant impact on the team. On the strength of his hazardous bowling, he has won numerous matches for England. He was omitted from the last two Tests. Following that, there were rumors that his cricket career was gone. His amazing return, on the other hand, has provided an appropriate response to the detractors.

Anderson finished with 650 wickets after dismissing New Zealand batsman Tom Latham. He is the first player to accomplish this feat. So, with 563 wickets, former Australian legend Glenn McGrath stands in the second position.

Anderson is now one of the top five wicket-takers in the world. Muttiah Muralitharan, who got 800 wickets in Test cricket, is first on the list. Shane Warne, on the other hand, sits in the second position with 708 wickets. In such a case, Anderson will do everything he can to beat Warne’s record.

In 2003, Anderson made his Test debut against Zimbabwe. He hasn’t looked back since. Anderson has also represented England in 194 One-Day Internationals and 19 T20 Internationals. Anderson has 269 wickets in ODIs at an economy rate of 4.29.

In this case, Sachin and Dravid were left out.

James Anderson has an unpleasant record in his name as he grows older. After turning 30, Anderson became only the second cricketer in the world to play 100 Test matches. Previously, this record belonged to Alec Stewart, a former England wicketkeeper. After reaching the age of 30, who has played the most Test matches (107). Simultaneously, India’s great batters, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid have played 95-95 Tests. In this list, he is ranked third.
