Now a restaurateur, Suresh Raina! On June 23, the cricketer announced the opening of his Indian restaurant in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Suresh Raina

As a self-described foodie, Raina wants to use his Raina Indian Restaurant to introduce genuine tastes from various regions of India to Europe.

“Get ready for the biggest culinary explosion ever! The batsman wrote in an Instagram post, “I am beyond thrilled to introduce Raina Indian Restaurant in Amsterdam, where my passion for cuisine and cooking takes center stage.

The restaurant, according to the player, is a tribute to India’s rich culinary heritage. “Raina Indian Restaurant is a tribute to the diverse and vibrant culinary tapestry of my beloved country,” he wrote in the caption. “From the rich spices of North India to the aromatic curries of South India.”

The menu provides a peek at his goal of highlighting the gastronomic wonders of India. One has a variety of options for appetizers, including Chicken Chaat, Mix Pakora, Zaituni Paneer Tikka, Tandoor Chicken Tikka, Onion Bhaji, and Kabab.

The cricket player also introduced Old Delhi flavor to his eatery. Snacks (Chandni Chowk), a designated area, offers a variety of foods such as Dahi Bhalla, Pani Puri, Chaat Papri, Aloo Chaat, and sizzling Samosas.

There are several smoky delicacies available in the special “Tandoor” part of the menu, including Tandoori Chicken, Tandoori Lobster, Tandoori Paneer Tikka, Fish Tikka, Soya Chaap, and others. Of course, there is also a wide range of curries. There are several options, including Butter Chicken, Mutton Korma, Prawn Mango Curry, Fish Coconut Curry, and Jhinga Masala.

Vegetarians can choose from a variety of main course selections, including the tried-and-true Dal Makhani and Paneer Butter Masala as well as Mango Paneer, Chana Punjabi, Mushroom Karahi, and Malai Kofta. Traditional Indian desserts like Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Rasmalai, and Gajar Halwa as well as ice cream are options for dessert.

Regarding the pricing range, the Tandoori Lobster in the cuisine area is the priciest item, costing 1.49 euros (Rs 132), while the cheapest dish on the menu is Raita. The price is 24.5 euros, or Rs 2,183.

Suresh Raina frequently travels to Amsterdam, for the uninitiated. His wife Priyanka used to work here in a bank. Here, too, Suresh previously celebrated her birthday.
