New Joint Venture, Sirius Digitech International Limited, Aims to Lead Digital Transformation
Adani Enterprises Limited and Sirius International Holding Limited, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), UAE, have come together to create a joint venture named Sirius Digitech International Limited. This partnership, with Sirius holding 51% and Adani holding 49%, aims to spearhead the massive $175 billion digital transformation opportunity in India.
The newly formed Sirius JV will harness the global digital expertise of Sirius and Adani’s strategic insights to tap into the evolving $1 trillion digital market by 2030. Focused on deploying advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Secured Blockchain Products, the joint venture will create an integrated ecosystem of digital platforms.
