A women’s empowerment program was recently held at the Meldi Mata Temple in Valasan, Anand organized by the Siyaram Foundation, a social initiative led by Dipaliben Vishalbhai Inamdar. Empowering Women Through Skills Training

Dipaliben announced the establishment of new training centers for sewing and cutting, aimed at providing women with valuable vocational skills. These centers will equip women to either start their own businesses and contribute financially to their families.

The foundation believes that skill development plays a crucial role in transforming lives, particularly for women who often face economic challenges. By learning sewing and cutting techniques, women can create opportunities to achieve financial independence and support their households.

Beauty Parlour Training for Women 

In addition to sewing centers, the foundation has launched a beauty parlor training center. This initiative is designed to introduce young women to professional beauty techniques and prepare them for self-employment opportunities in the beauty industry.

With expert-led training, participants can confidently enter the workforce or establish their own beauty businesses. This initiative is part of the foundation’s broader vision to provide women with avenues to improve their financial stability and make confident life choices.

Mass Wedding and Distribution Program

The Siyaram Foundation has also planned a mass wedding ceremony for February 6, 2025, where 51 daughters from the district will tie the knot. As part of the preparations, the foundation has distributed traditional wedding clothes to the brides on January 18.

To ensure the brides are well-prepared for their new journey, officials from the Women and Child Welfare Department will conduct pre- and post-marriage counseling sessions. These seminars will offer guidance on marital responsibilities, emotional well-being, and financial planning, ensuring a smooth transition into married life.

Dipaliben also announced plans to undertake community cleanliness initiatives in the new year. These efforts will include cleaning local ponds and promoting hygiene in surrounding villages. By improving environmental conditions, the foundation aims to inspire positive change and foster a healthier community spirit.
