‘Saptarang Creators Fest-2026’ – Gujarat’s Biggest Creators Fest to be Held in Karnavati
Creators will be honoured with 32 awards across 16 different categories. More than 1,400 registrations have been received. It is also a great opportunity for rising creators with over 10,000 followers. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and RSS All India Prachar Pramukh Sunil Ambekar will be present. Well-known creators like Praful Garg, Meenakshi Sheharawat, Nikhil Chandwani, Jay Thadeshwar, Kushal Mistry (Ahmedabadi Man), Kuldeep Kaler (Positive Paji), Sid Prajapati (SP India), and Vishal Parekh (Vishal DOP) will also attend. Special masterclasses and workshops will be organised for creators.
In today’s age of social media, creative content is giving a new direction to the nation and society. Across India, digital creators are now shaping public opinion, sharing knowledge, and even building careers through short videos and online storytelling. In recent years, events focused on creators have grown quickly, showing how important this space has become. For example, national-level initiatives like the National Creators Award were started to recognise the growing influence of online creators and their role in society.
With this aim, Vishwa Samvad Kendra Gujarat has organised Gujarat’s biggest creative fest, ‘Saptarang Creators Fest-2026’. This social media creative fest will be held on Sunday, 5 April 2026, through the Saptarang Creators Community. For the first time, more than 1,400 creators from across Gujarat will come together on one platform. Similar creator events in India have shown strong participation in the past. One such event saw more than 13,000 creators attend and take part in activities, which shows the rising interest in such gatherings.
To support rising creators, those with 10,000 or more followers are also being given a chance to participate. This is important because many successful creators in India started small and grew step by step. For example, popular YouTuber Sourav Joshi began by sharing simple sketch videos before reaching millions of followers. His journey shows how early support and exposure can help new creators grow into big names.
Creators with 10,000 or more followers have submitted nominations in 16 different categories. At the same time, creators with more than 1 lakh followers have also submitted nominations in 16 categories. This two-level system reflects how the creator economy now includes both beginners and well-known influencers. It also matches how platforms like YouTube and Instagram reward creators at different growth stages, from small channels to those with millions of followers.
Sharing details about the event, RSS Prant Prachar Pramukh Tejas Patel said that this is the age of digital growth. The aim is not only to give a stage to famous faces, but also to encourage small and rising creators who are doing excellent work at the grassroots level. Many experts agree with this idea. Recent creator-focused events across India have shown that workshops and direct learning from experienced creators help young people improve faster and build better content strategies.
By giving a platform to creators with more than 10,000 followers, the organisers want to support their talent and help them grow as strong creators. Two categories have been created. Creators with 10,000 to 1 lakh followers are called “Rising Creators”, and those with more than 1 lakh followers are called “Star Creators”. A total of 32 creators will be honoured across these two categories. Recognition like this plays a key role in boosting confidence. Awards and public recognition often help creators gain more followers, brand deals, and career opportunities.
Podcaster and entrepreneur Jay Thadeshwar said that he is very happy to see such a large event for creators happening in Gujarat for the first time. He said the fest is not just about giving awards. Famous creators from Gujarat and across the country will also guide participants through workshops. These sessions are expected to cover topics like how reels become viral, how creators earn money, and how to build a career in content creation. Such sessions are now common at creator events, where experts teach personal branding, audience growth, and digital marketing skills.
A special masterclass on “Young Indian Dialogues” will also be held. These types of sessions often focus on social topics, communication skills, and how creators can use their voice to bring change. Many well-known creators in India, such as Prajakta Koli, have used their platforms to speak about social issues and connect with a wide audience, showing the strong impact creators can have beyond entertainment.
The event will take place on 5 April 2026, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm at Dr Ambedkar University. Many well-known creators will be present at the event. Events like this are not just gatherings. They are becoming learning spaces, networking hubs, and career platforms for the next generation of digital storytellers.
