Let’s have a look at a few of the many Bollywood performers who were influenced by the pop king today, on the occasion of his death anniversary: Billie Jean, Beat It, and Smooth Criminal were just a few of the chart-topping songs Michael Jackson released decades ago that took the pop world off guard. Before he died in 2009, the well-known pop musician would not only excite music listeners all over the world, but he would also become an inspiration for a new generation of musicians.

Let’s have a look at a few of the many Bollywood singers who were influenced by the king of pop today, on the occasion of the anniversary of his passing:

PRABHU DEVA

One of India’s top dancers is regarded as Prabhu Deva. He has frequently performed Michael Jackson’s moonwalk. The actor-director has cited Jackson as an inspiration in a number of media appearances. Even Jackson’s Indian equivalent, Prabhu Deva, is thought of by fans. Songs like Muqabala Muqabala, Urvashi Urvashi, Jadoo Ki Jhappi, Guleba, and many others have displayed Prabhu Deva’s dancing skills.

GOVINDA

Govinda is a well-known actor from the 1990s who became well-known because of his dancing skills. The actor has been a hero to many, including the viewers and his own works. Govinda has shown in a variety of songs and settings that he can perform Jackson’s Moonwalk and style. The song I Am A Street Dancer from the 1986 film Ilzaam included his most well-known MJ mimicry.

ROSHAN HRITHIK

Hrithik Roshan’s graceful and accurate dancing has won over many admirers. One of Bollywood’s best dancers is the actor. On numerous instances and in a few tunes, he has mimicked Michael Jackson’s moonwalk. In the title track of Bang Bang, he also gave a small nod to MJ by imitating some of the late musician’s moves.

THE SHAHID KAPOOR

Long before Kabir Singh gave Shahid Kapoor a bad image, his dance skills astounded his admirers. Shahid Kapoor embodied several Jackson gestures in Chance Pe Dance, including the moonwalk. He gives the best demonstration of his dancing prowess in the movie.

SHROFF TIGER

Young Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has mesmerized audiences with his dancing and action skills since the beginning of his career. Jackson is his hero and idol, and he has never held back from expressing his admiration for him. He imitated Michael Jackson’s dance in 2014 as a tribute.
