60 NCC Girl Cadets of the Army Wing Senior Division of Bhuj and Jamnagar visited ICGS Jakhau on 10 May 2023 as part of the Combined Annual Training Camp of NCC. During the visit, cadets were taken on an organized tour of ICGS Jakhau, 68 ACV Squadron, and onboard ships based at Jakhau harbour. 
The cadets were briefed on the various capabilities of ACVs and ships and the importance of the role performed by them in undertaking maritime surveillance, search and rescue operations at IMBL. The cadets were also explained about navigational and engineering equipment installed onboard ICG platforms. Further, the visit culminated with a brief presentation of ICG roles and responsibilities followed by group photography.
The visit was a motivating factor for the cadets for joining Armed Forces and further strengthened their national pride.
