Gandhinagar, Gujarat—The first-ever Roundtable Conference for Defence Attachés will take place at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, on March 16–17, 2026, at its main campus in Lavad, Gandhinagar. In 2020, an Act of Parliament designated Rashtriya Raksha University—formerly known as Raksha Shakti University—as an Institution of National Importance.
