Alia Bhatt will debut in Hollywood when Heart of Stone on Netflix premieres in August. The actor recently shared a Netflix sizzle trailer for one of the year’s most anticipated films. The montage included scenes from her film with Gal Gadot in them. Kira Goldberg and Ori Marmur, who are in charge of Netflix’s original studio film division, recently revealed what to expect from the spy action thriller in a recent interview.
In an interview with Variety, Kira Goldberg and Ori Marmur talked about Heart of Stone and what viewers may expect from Tom Harper’s movie. Oli Marmur claims that Heart of Stone is analogous to the Jason Bourne and Mission: Impossible movies and enters a category that is primarily controlled by men. One of the things that made us incredibly happy was the idea of doing a film in a genre that is typically dominated by men. It’s time for Mission: Impossible. It contains Bourne. In all of the movies, men are the main characters. At the center of this are two strong women named Gal Gadot and Alia Bhatt. Together with Jamie Dornan, they form a vital trio.
In the Heart of Stone clip that Netflix released, Gal may be seen running away from a potential threat and talking to someone about those who are trying to hurt her. She claims that although I don’t know what they are capable of, life is full of surprises. Then, while sporting a bulky jacket, Alia can be seen offering her glass to someone in a bar. The video then teases a shot of actor Jamie Dornan crossing a busy street.
The first installment of a proposed series modeled after Tom Cruise’s Mission Impossible is Tom Harper’s film Heart of Stone. The movie also stars Sophie Okonedo, Matthias Schweighofer, Jing Lusi, and Paul Ready in addition to Gal, Jamie, and Alia.
Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi are also featured in the next Karan Johar film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which also stars Alia. The movie’s debut is set for April 28, 2023.
