“It’s an incredible bond.” Your closest friend is your sister. You can communicate anything while keeping your head on her shoulders.

As his next film Raksha Bandhan, starring Akshay Kumar, prepares to enter theatres on August 11, the Bollywood star opened out about his sister Alka Bhatia in a candid interview. While acknowledging that “sisters are the best,” the actor claimed that his sibling is far superior to him even in terms of character.

The celebrity discussed what a brother-sister connection meant to him in an interview with the news organisation, IANS. “It’s a remarkable bond. Your closest friend is your sister. Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar play the key characters in Raksha Bandhan. Abhinay Raj Singh, Sahejmeen Kaur, Deepika Khanna, Sadia Khateeb, and Smrithi Srikanth are all featured prominently in the Aanand L Rai-directed movie.

The star also discussed his future movie. “You can relate the events of the film and the character to your own personal experiences if you see this movie. For this reason, I’d like to single out this movie as the most beautiful of my career. I watched the film, so my expectations were “He spoke

This is the second time that Bhumi and Akshay will appear together on screen. They previously worked together on the film “Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.”
