Khushi shares, “I prioritize maintaining my flexibility and stamina, as these are crucial for the action-packed sequences that my character, Chikki, is involved in. Being a cop, she is always on the move, solving cases and engaging in dynamic action sequences and dances. To sustain that level of physicality, I have been practicing yoga and dancing. These simple yet essential exercises keep my body mobile and prevent stiffness. I incorporate my exercise routine on the sets, especially during action scenes and other intense moments, to ensure I’m always ready to deliver my best performance.”

Aside from her workout regimen, Khushi emphasizes the significance of a nutritious diet for her overall health and physique. She steers clear of junk foods and focuses on consuming nourishing foods. Staying well-hydrated is also a priority for her, as she ensures she drinks plenty of water daily.
