Less than a week is remaining for the much-awaited T20 World Cup. All Teams have announced their team for T20 World Cup squad. This year it will be more exciting and fun as the fans will be allowed to watch the match on the ground. The T20 World cup 2022 is going to be played in Australia.
The last world cup 2021 in UAE was restricted due to Covid. The grounds will be packed with fans cheering up their respective teams.
The first stage of the tournament is starting from 16th October and has two Groups, A and B. There are four teams in each of these groups. These teams will play with each other once, ie. They will play 3 matches and the top 2 teams from each group will go into the next stage which is the Super 12 stage.
The super 12 matches will be the real test of each team. The super 12 stage is going to start from 22 October.
The arch Rivals such as India and Pakistan are in the same group B of Super 12. While England and Australia are also in the same Super 12 group A of super 12. The rivalry between Australia and New Zealand is also not new, they are also in the same group A of super 12.
So, the Super 12 matches will be very exciting this time.
