Aarya, one of the most cherished and well-liked digital shows, is returning for Season 3. The Sushmita Sen thriller will return for a second season on Disney+ Hotstar, and the actress announced this on social media. “The Sherni is ready to sharpen her claws in Aarya 3,” Sushmita declared.
The new season of the Emmy-nominated (2021) series is currently being scripted by filmmaker Ram Madhvani. After the passing of her husband, Aarya follows the journey of a woman who will stop at nothing to keep her family safe from the world of crime.
Sushmita stated, “It is a new dawn for Aarya Sareen, and she is fierce,” when discussing the upcoming season of Aarya with India Today. She is moving forward in Season 3 and creating her own narrative free from the constraints of her past. Reprising Aarya’s role is like putting on an old pair of pants for a fresh voyage. It’s wonderful to be working again with Ram Madhvani and the Disney+ Hotstar crew, and I can’t wait to offer Aarya my appreciation for all the support she has received.
Ram Madhvani, the show’s creator and director, continued, “Disney+ Hotstar has been a fantastic partner in creating Aarya over two seasons, and we are thrilled to be working with them again. The process of creating a compelling plot, thrill, and family love has begun, and we are confident that audiences will be left wanting more. The stakes are going up even more from here! When preparations for the much-awaited comeback of the program started, one of its leads, Sikandar Kher, was beaming as he posed with director Ram Madhvani.
Both critics and spectators praised the first two seasons, which were directed by Sushmita Sen and starred Sikandar in a crucial leadership role for which he even won accolades earlier this year.
“It’s lovely to be back with this amazing team, and I’m so looking forward to starting to film shortly,” remarked Sikandar. We’ve started rehearsals for the new season, and based on what I’ve read so far, I’m eager to take the audiences on an exhilarating new journey.
