Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrations Held Across MYCPE ONE Offices

MYCPE ONE Marks Ganesh Chaturthi Across 13 Indian Offices

Ganesh Chaturthi brought a festive change to MYCPE ONE offices across India this week, with around 3,000 employees taking part in celebrations at 13 locations.

The Ahmedabad-headquartered accounting and professional services company held celebrations at offices in Ahmedabad and GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Mohali, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Nagpur and Ranchi.

Employees gathered at their respective workplaces as the company marked the arrival of Ganpati Bappa. Office premises were decorated with flowers, garlands and diyas, while small Ganesh pandals were arranged for the festival.

Ganesh Chaturthi was observed across India on September 14 this year. The festival marks the birth of Lord Ganesha and is traditionally observed for 10 days. The Ministry of Culture describes Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chavithi, as a festival celebrated during the Hindu month of Bhadra, usually between August and September.

For MYCPE ONE, the celebrations come as the company continues to build its workforce in India. The firm says its operations now cover more than 3,000 professionals and more than 40 offices across five countries.

The company was founded in 2015 and has its roots in Ahmedabad. Public company information says its operations have grown to more than 20 cities, with India forming a major part of its workforce and delivery network.

The expansion has also included new facilities in Ahmedabad. In October 2025, MYCPE ONE opened Atulyaksh, a 700-seat global headquarters in the city. The company said at the time that it had more than 2,000 employees across India and the Philippines.

The firm’s current footprint also reflects the wider demand for accounting and finance support delivered from India to overseas markets. MYCPE ONE works with CPA and accounting firms and businesses, providing services that include offshore staffing, professional education, accounting support, digital marketing, website development, managed IT services, cybersecurity and AI-related implementation.

Its public company profile says it works with more than 3,000 CPA and accounting firms and more than 300 businesses in markets including the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

The Ganesh Chaturthi gatherings therefore took place against the backdrop of a company that has been adding employees and locations in India. Recent recruitment activity in Ahmedabad has included openings for accounting and tax professionals, including candidates with Chartered Accountancy qualifications, CA Inter backgrounds and articleship experience.

Shalin Parikh, CEO and Co-Founder, MYCPE ONE, said, “Festivals such as Ganesh Chaturthi create an opportunity for our teams to come together beyond their everyday roles. As our presence grows across different cities, our workplaces must remain connected to such festive traditions and communities building around them.”

Parikh is one of the founders of MYCPE ONE and has led the company’s growth alongside his brother, Valay Parikh. Industry publication CPA Practice Advisor has reported that the company expanded its international reach through the merger of Entigrity into MYCPE ONE in 2023. The combined business brought together services aimed at CPA and accounting firms.

The company has also received recognition for its workplace practices. In 2025, BDO Alliance USA gave MYCPE ONE a Workplace Culture Excellence Award. The organisation cited programmes covering employee development, collaboration and workplace culture.

The scale of the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations is also notable because the company’s Indian operations are spread well beyond its Ahmedabad base. The 13 offices involved in this year’s celebrations include major business centres such as Ahmedabad, Surat and Vadodara, along with cities that have become important employment markets for the company, including Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Nagpur and Ranchi.

Employees from accounting, technology, professional education, digital services and other functions joined the celebrations at their individual offices. The company said the events were part of its employee engagement activities as its workforce continues to grow.

Ganesh Chaturthi itself has a long public history in India. In Maharashtra, the large-scale public celebration of Ganesh Utsav is commonly linked to Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak, who began promoting the public festival in 1893. The festival later became an important part of public and community life in the state.

The festival continues to have a strong public presence across India. The President of India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi both issued Ganesh Chaturthi greetings this year, with the President’s message describing Lord Ganesha as a symbol of wisdom, prosperity and auspicious beginnings.

At MYCPE ONE, this year’s celebrations were smaller workplace events rather than public festivals, with employees gathering around office pandals and taking part in traditional observances.

For a company whose teams now work across several Indian cities, the celebrations also offered a common occasion for employees based in different parts of the country to mark the same festival at their workplaces. The 13-office programme reflects the geographic spread of MYCPE ONE’s Indian operations as the Ahmedabad-founded business continues to add people and locations.

The company says its wider workforce now stands at more than 3,000 professionals, with its services supporting accounting firms and businesses in international markets. Its Indian teams remain a central part of that operation.
