Special Self-Defence Training for Women in Uttar Pradesh

In a recent effort to help women in India learn how to defend themselves, a group called SPEFL-SC organized a special workshop. The workshop took place in Lucknow from August 23 to 25. The goal was to teach women from all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh how to protect themselves from bad situations.

The workshop focused on teaching women how to stay safe from things like kidnapping, bullying, and other dangerous situations. The program was made to help women learn how to fight back if something bad happens to them. The training was split into three groups and lasted for three days.

The people who organized this workshop, SPEFL-SC, made a special plan to teach women how to protect themselves. They wanted to give women the power to defend themselves if something bad happened. The program taught women important skills and tricks to stay safe, like using their voices and being aware of their surroundings.

Tahsin Zahid, the head of SPEFL-SC, said that their main goal is to make sure everyone knows how to stay safe. He said that the people teaching the program are just as important as the lessons themselves.

SPEFL-SC is a group that helps people learn important skills for jobs. They are supported by the government and other organizations. They make sure people get the right training for different jobs.

This special training program for women in Uttar Pradesh is an important step to help them stay safe and protect themselves in different situations.
