Almost halfway through its run on Disney+, Marvel Studios’ She-Hulk: Attorney at Law examines Tatiana Maslany’s Jennifer Walters as she makes her MCU debut and struggles with the demands of being a superhero. And after viewers and critics witnessed some exciting escapades in the first four weeks, Jen is about to get right into the action in Episode 5 thanks to her upcoming conflict.
The humorous legal case of Wong vs. Donny Blaze plus the introduction of interesting new characters like the partying, dimension-jumping Madisynn made Episode 4 undoubtedly another enjoyable episode. By the end of this latest installment, however, Jen was caught up in an unforeseen battle for her own brand-new persona, bringing Jameela Jamil’s Titania back into action for the first time in a few weeks.
When Titania sued Jen for using the She-Hulk name after Titania had it copyrighted for her own purposes, just before Wong and Madisynn’s post-credits tag.
Less than a day remain until the She-upcoming Hulk’s episode airs, and fans have just had their first glimpse at how Walters vs. Titania is brought to life in this new chapter.

The first comprehensive clip from Episode 5 of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law was made available by Marvel Studios through E! News.
The character of Mallory Book, played by Renée Elise Goldsberry, is shown in this clip defending She-Hulk in court against Titania, played by Jameela Jamil. Book describes how, ever since her client became well-known, the public has referred to her as She-Hulk.
Book informs the judge and jury that “the defendant is leveraging goodwill towards [her] client and her better-known cousin” to promote her own business while Titania watches in disdain. By reintroducing Bruce Banner into the picture, Jennifer Walters is able to establish a stronger legal connection to the She-Hulk name.
Titania verbally responds to Book and Walters in response to Book’s request for “summary judgment and…remedies” before presenting a sample of her foot cream as evidence to the jury.
She-Hulk and Titania Fight in the Courtroom
Jameela Jamil will finally get the chance to fully delve into her role as the newest MCU supervillain against Tatiana Maslany’s hero in Episode 5, even though this courtroom battle may not be the only narrative issue examined in that episode.
Titania was included in an advertisement for the She-Hulk foot cream in a mid-season trailer for the show that was issued by Marvel, which prompted Book and Walters to argue how the title character allowed someone else to register her name as a trademark before she did. Although it is unclear how this relates to Titania storming the courtroom in Episode 1, it is likely that viewers will get much more familiar with the character as a result of this case given that she will be featured so heavily starting this week.
Even though there is still half of Season 1 left after Episode 5 premieres, this footage still raises a lot of questions, including when Charlie Cox’s Daredevil will appear. For the time being, the focus will be on Jen’s most contentious court case in this series as she and Mallory Book team up to clear her heroic reputation and resume their mission of safeguarding others.
