Wonder Home Finance Expands Ahmedabad Presence with New Chandkheda Branch

Housing finance company Wonder Home Finance Limited (WHFL), part of the RK Group, has expanded its presence in Gujarat by opening a new branch in Ahmedabad’s Chandkheda area. The branch was inaugurated by Shobhagmal Rajendra Kataria, Founder and Chairman of the Kataria Group, in the presence of company officials and guests.

The new office becomes Wonder Home Finance’s fourth branch in Ahmedabad and its 23rd branch in Gujarat. Company officials said the expansion is part of an ongoing effort to increase access to housing finance services in growing urban and semi-urban markets.

India’s housing finance sector has witnessed steady growth in recent years, driven by rising urbanisation, increasing demand for affordable housing, and government-backed programmes aimed at improving home ownership. Financial institutions serving middle-income and lower-income households have expanded rapidly as more families seek access to formal credit for purchasing, constructing, or improving homes.

During the inauguration ceremony, Wonder Home Finance Director and Chief Executive Officer Sanjay Singh Rajawat spoke about the company’s focus on home ownership.

“The objective of Wonder Home Finance is not merely to provide home loans, but to assist every family in realising their dream of owning a house. We endeavour to help customers reach their dream homes by offering easy, reliable, and customer-centric financial solutions,” Rajawat said.

The Chandkheda branch is expected to serve customers from northern Ahmedabad and nearby areas, offering home loan products and related housing finance services. Company representatives said the branch will focus on providing quicker access to financing for home buyers and property owners seeking funds for the construction, renovation, or purchase of residential properties.

The opening comes at a time when Ahmedabad continues to experience residential growth. Areas such as Chandkheda, Motera, Gota, Tragad and adjoining localities have seen increasing housing development over the past decade, supported by improved transport links, educational institutions, commercial activity and infrastructure projects. Housing finance providers have responded by expanding their branch networks to remain closer to customers in these growing residential corridors.

Wonder Home Finance was established in 2017 and operates as a housing finance company serving customers across multiple states. Over the years, the group has developed a strong business presence in several parts of India and has been associated with major automotive dealership operations.
