HDFC Bank Festive Treats 2026 Targets Diwali Festive Shoppers
HDFC Bank Festive Treats 2026 Brings 10,000 Offers, With Savings of Up to ₹70,000
HDFC Bank announced the launch of Festive Treats 2026 in Ahmedabad on 12 October, offering more than 10,000 deals across banking products, retail shopping and travel. The campaign gives eligible customers an opportunity to save up to ₹70,000 on purchases made using HDFC Bank credit cards and EASYEMI on debit and credit cards.
The annual campaign covers personal loans, vehicle finance, home loans, gold loans, savings accounts and business banking services. Its offers will be introduced in phases across India during the festive season, with the rollout continuing until Diwali.
The announcement comes at a time when many households are planning purchases for festivals, including clothes, mobile phones, household appliances, jewellery and travel bookings. Bank-linked discounts can reduce the cost of these purchases, although the actual savings will depend on the product, payment method and conditions attached to each offer.
Under Festive Treats 2026, HDFC Bank has partnered with brands in several consumer categories. The list includes LG Electronics, Google Pixel, Samsung, OnePlus, Vijay Sales, Croma and Reliance Digital for electronics and technology products.
Customers looking for clothing, accessories and home furnishings can find offers linked to Myntra, Reliance Centro, World of Titan and RoyalOak. The campaign also includes travel bookings through MakeMyTrip, jewellery purchases from GRT Jewellers and Joyalukkas, and vehicle-related offers from Honda.
The bank has adopted the theme ‘Treat With All Your Heart’ for this year’s campaign. Its stated aim is to connect festive shopping with gifts for family members and friends.
The phased rollout is intended to match offers with celebrations in different parts of the country. Customers should check which deals are available in their region and whether a particular retailer is participating before making a purchase.
The advertised saving of up to ₹70,000 is a maximum possible benefit, not a guaranteed discount for every customer. The bank has not stated that every offer can be combined with another. Buyers will need to check the minimum purchase value, discount limits, payment requirements and validity period for individual deals.
Festive Treats also includes financial products for customers who need funds for larger purchases or other expenses.
HDFC Bank is promoting Xpress Personal Loans, Xpress Car Loans, other vehicle loans, home loans and gold loans. The bank says eligible customers can access credit at attractive interest rates, with quick loan disbursal subject to its lending conditions.
The campaign also includes EASYEMI facilities on eligible debit and credit card purchases. These allow customers to divide the cost of a purchase into instalments rather than pay the entire amount at once.
However, buyers should check the total repayment amount before choosing an EMI plan. Interest charges, processing fees, taxes and other conditions can affect the final cost. Even where an offer is described as a no-cost EMI, customers should read the terms to understand how the arrangement works.
Personal loans and credit card borrowing also create repayment commitments. Customers planning festive spending should compare the cost of borrowing with the money saved through discounts.
The campaign extends beyond retail shopping. HDFC Bank is including its Specialé Savings Account, which it describes as an account designed for the entire family.
Business customers will have access to offers linked to MyBusiness and a range of banking services. These include Biz+ Current Accounts, business loans, business credit cards, overdraft facilities, payment solutions for merchants and gold loans.
For small businesses, access to working capital can help meet routine expenses or support purchases needed for operations. Overdraft facilities and business loans can provide funds when required, but businesses must assess interest costs and repayment terms before borrowing.
The range of products reflects the bank’s attempt to reach customers with different financial needs during the festive period. The value of each offer will depend on eligibility, the product selected and the terms set by the bank.
HDFC Bank also plans to work with celebrities and influencers who will conduct virtual masterclasses for their audiences.
The proposed sessions will cover topics such as preparing for Diwali, retirement planning, pursuing personal interests and saving for future holidays. These sessions are intended to combine festive content with information on personal finance and lifestyle choices.
The bank has not named the participants or announced a detailed schedule for the sessions in the information released on 12 October.
Ravi Santhanam, Chief Marketing Officer and Group Head (Brand, Retail Marketing & Customer Analytics) at HDFC Bank, said the campaign was designed to help customers manage festive purchases through brand discounts and credit facilities.
“The festive season is a time of joy, togetherness, and new beginnings for millions of families across India. By combining lucrative discounts from key brands with accessible credit solutions like EASYEMI and Xpress loans, we are enhancing credit facilities for all our eligible customers. Our phased, pan-India rollout ensures that every region across the nation gets customised offers that let them spend smart and celebrate big. We wish all our customers a happy festive season and invite them to enjoy maximum savings while making their purchases through HDFC Bank.”
For shoppers, the practical value of Festive Treats 2026 will depend on how well the available deals match their planned expenses. Comparing prices across retailers, checking the full terms of card offers and avoiding unnecessary borrowing can help customers make better use of the campaign during the festive season.
