The Karnavati city media department shared in a press release that this significant “Professional Meet” happened today, focusing on the theme of “11 Years of Service, Good Governance, and Welfare for the Poor.”
Gujarat’s Health and Education Minister, Shri Rushikeshbhai Patel, was the main speaker at this important meeting. He spoke to everyone with a clear message, stating that “Prime Minister Modi’s government is truly a government for the poor and for people living in even the most distant and last villages of our country.” He explained that in the past years, “farmers, poor families, young people, and women have all seen great overall growth and development in their lives.” Shri Patel then made a strong comparison: “The previous government, known as UPA, only talked about removing poverty.
But Modi’s government actually made clear plans and specific programs, and then took strong, real steps to remove poverty.” He added, “In India’s long history, the leadership from Gujarat has always shown the country new and better ways forward.” He recalled how, before 2014, “people in other states of India often thought to themselves, ‘When will my state become as good as Gujarat?'”
But, he pointed out, “After 2014, our respected Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi used the successful ‘Gujarat Model’ to help the entire country move forward on the path of development.” He also shared a common feeling from before: “In earlier times, people in our country used to say that India was just running on God’s luck.” However, he proudly stated, “Today, because of our very strong leadership, the citizens of India are seeing our country grow in the right direction.”
Shri Patel also mentioned that “our respected Prime Minister has given the bright and intelligent people of our country both a platform to perform and opportunities to succeed.” He highlighted the government’s care for rural women: “Showing great understanding and care for women in villages, many toilets were built for them. Also, to help these women become independent and strong, ‘Sakhi Mandals’ (self-help groups) were started.”
He also spoke about how “the Gati Shakti portal, a special online system, helped to complete many government projects that were unfinished or stuck.” Shri Patel concluded by stating, “Whether it is in the medical field, helping people get better, or in the technology field, building new smart tools, India is now making its mark and showing its strength to the whole world.”
Shri Rutvijbhai Patel, a spokesperson for the Gujarat BJP, also spoke to the attendees. He stressed that “under the leadership of our respected Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi, India has become powerful, safe, and highly developed.” He stated that “our country is now able to give a strong answer to terrorism and Naxalism.” He explained how the Prime Minister has taken steps to protect the country from online threats: “Our respected Prime Minister established organisations like NCSC and 14C.

These groups have successfully stopped cyber attacks on our country.” He gave a recent example: “Just recently, after the success of ‘Operation Sindoor,’ our special organisations were able to stop all cyber attacks attempted by Pakistan.” Shri Rutvijbhai also highlighted India’s strength in defence: “In Modi’s government, we have become self-reliant in the area of defence. This means we are making our own weapons.” He proudly listed some examples: “Missiles like Akash, BrahMos, and Agni-4 are now built right here in our own country.”
He made a very important point: “We used to only buy defence equipment from other countries. But for the very first time since India became independent, our country is now both making defence equipment and also selling it to other nations!” When talking about the Prime Minister’s clever foreign policy, he noted, “Today, because of our respected Prime Minister’s smart ways of dealing with other countries, places like Pakistan are struggling even for a single drop of water.”
He also pointed out a historical change: “In the past, during any big global war or crisis, no one ever tried to bring Indians back to their home country. But now, our government makes sure our citizens are brought back safely.” Lastly, he spoke about the fight against Naxalism: “The government led by our respected Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi has greatly reduced Naxalism in the country by about 81%. They have also worked to bring Naxalites into the normal flow of society by giving them jobs and opportunities.”
The meeting began with a warm welcome speech by Shri Prerakbhai Shah, the President of the city BJP unit, who greeted everyone present.
This important Professional Meet saw a large number of intelligent and well-known citizens in attendance. Among the attendees were Mayor Smt. Pratibhaben Jain, Member of Parliament Shri Dineshbbhai Makwana, and many respected professionals from various fields, including lawyers, doctors, teachers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and people from the business world. Their large presence showed strong support for the government’s achievements.
